Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recrutons une Customer Care Manager (Assistante Administrative & Pédagogique). Ce poste occupe une place centrale au sein de notre organisation : véritable relais relationnel et administratif, vous serez chargée d'accompagner nos élèves tout au long de leur parcours et de garantir une expérience à la fois fluide, humaine et professionnelle. Afin de remplir pleinement cette mission, vos responsabilités s'articuleront autour de plusieurs axes clés : Onboarding & suivi des élèves
• Créer et animer les groupes WhatsApp onboarding & élèves.
• Envoyer les messages de bienvenue et d'intégration.
• Vérifier que chaque élève a bien accès à sa session et au groupe Academy.
• Organiser les coachings d'intégration (Zoom) et suivre la participation. Suivi administratif & financier
• Gérer les documents via le CRM Qualiobee (suivi, relances pour signatures électroniques).
• Mettre à jour le fichier client S.I.A et les statuts dans
• Relancer les impayés (Stripe, Paypal, GoCardless).
• Gérer les élèves en pause (Pass Flexi) et assurer leur reprise.
• Supprimer les élèves à +12 mois dans Addevent. Suivi pédagogique & relationnel
• Relancer les élèves inactifs (mails, WhatsApp, vocaux).
• Collecter les formulaires de satisfaction (1, 3, 6, 9, 12 mois).
• Classer les élèves par niveau (Débutants / Avancés / Confirmés).
• Maintenir une mémoire vivante de chaque élève (besoins, progrès, blocages). Animation & communication
• Animer les communautés WhatsApp (messages types, rappels, encouragements).
• Animer les groupes webinaire (anciens et nouveaux inscrits, séquence de 32 messages préétablis).
• Maintenir un lien humain constant avec les élèves. Collecte d'avis & témoignages
• Demander et récolter des avis Trustpilot / Google.
• Collecter des témoignages vidéos/écrits pour renforcer la notoriété. Offboarding
• Envoyer les attestations de fin de formation.
• Féliciter et valoriser les réussites.
• Recueillir un dernier témoignage avant la clôture du dossier.

Profil Recherché

Compétences indispensables

  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles (écoute, empathie, diplomatie).
  • Organisation et rigueur (gestion de plusieurs tâches en parallèle).
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils digitaux :

o CRM (Qualiobee, , ActiveCampaign)

o Outils bureautiques (Google Suite : Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar)

o WhatsApp Business, Zoom

o Outils de paiement (Stripe, Paypal, GoCardless)

  • Parfaite maîtrise du français (oral et écrit).

Expérience attendue

  • Expérience réussie (2 à 3 ans minimum) en assistanat administratif / support client / relation apprenants.
  • Une expérience dans l'univers de la formation en ligne certifiée Qualiopi est un vrai plus.
  • Expérience en gestion de communauté en ligne (WhatsApp, Discord, Slack…) appréciée.
