ハウスキーピング担当者による清掃後の客室、公共エリア、プールなどを検査し、品質基準を確保する。販売済みの部屋レポートを実行し、部屋の状態を確認、不備のある部屋を特定、部屋の清掃の優先順位を決定し、退室する客室の状態を更新する。ハウスキーピングマネジメントの補助を行い、日々の業務を管理する。ハウスキーピング、エンジニアリング、フロントオフィス、ランドリーの調整役としての連絡を行う。不備のある部屋についてフロントデスクと協力して問題を記録し解決する。部屋割りの変更を準備し、配布し、コミュニケーションを図る。次のシフトに問題点を伝達する。必要な書類を完成させる。
従業員の採用、トレーニング、スケジュール管理、評価、カウンセリング、懲戒、動機付けや指導にあたり、管理職を支援する。全ての会社の方針、及び安全・セキュリティの方針や手順に従い、設備の問題、安全の危険、事故や怪我を報告し、安全トレーニングや認証を完了する。制服や個人の外見を清潔でプロフェッショナルに保ち、機密情報を保持し、会社の資産を保護する。会社の基準に従い全てのゲストを歓迎し、ゲストのサービスニーズを予測し、対応する、障害のある方の支援を行い、ゲストに心から感謝の意を表す。明確でプロフェッショナルな言葉を用いて他者とコミュニケーションを取る。良好な労働関係を築き、他の従業員の懸念に適切に対応する。品質の期待と基準を遵守するように確実にする。補助なしで55ポンド(約25キログラム)以下の物を移動、持ち上げ、運び、配置し、55ポンドを超える物については補助を受けて行う。傾斜や凹凸のある地面で、荷物を積んだハウスキーピング用カートやその他の作業関連機器を押したり引いたりする能力を持つ。頭上や膝下に手を伸ばし、屈んだり、ひねったり、引っ張ったり、かがんだりする。作業シフト全体にわたって、立つ、座る、ひざまずく、または歩く。さまざまな大きさや重さの物を握り、回し、操作することができ、細かい動作や手と目の協調を必要とする。コンピューターや販売システムを使用して、作業関連の情報を入力し、確認する。さまざまな形式(例:小さい文字など)で情報を読み、目視で確認する。上司からのその他の合理的な業務も遂行する。
