Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Technician based in Tangier. The technician will be responsible for providing technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of desktop computers, troubleshooting issues, providing printer support, and performing computer repairs. They will work closely with other team members to maintain and improve the company's IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Repair
  • Ability to provide Printer Support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Information Technology or related fields are a plus
  • Experience in the electronic security industry is beneficial
