Dans le cadre d'un mouvement interne, nous recherchons un(e)
Manager Quality & Support IT
pour piloter une entité stratégique dédiée au testing, à la qualité logicielle, et au support.

Le poste s'inscrit dans une dynamique de croissance importante et consiste à structurer, moderniser et faire rayonner une Service Line amenée à doubler de taille dans les prochaines années.

Missions principales

  • Définir et porter la vision globale de l'offre au sein du groupe.
  • Contribuer activement aux phases de pré-vente : construction d'offres, cadrage, estimation et participation aux soutenances clients.
  • Piloter l'industrialisation, l'automatisation et la standardisation des processus, en intégrant progressivement les opportunités liées à l'IA.
  • Encadrer, accompagner et faire monter en compétence une équipe de managers.
  • Assurer un haut niveau d'exposition client : compréhension des besoins, conseil, accompagnement et suivi.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de différentes zones pour harmoniser les pratiques et accélérer la maturité globale de la Service Line.
  • Contribuer aux enjeux organisationnels, financiers et opérationnels (P&L, performance, qualité de delivery).

Profil recherché

Compétences & expérience :

  • Minimum 15 ans d'expérience dans une ESN ou un environnement similaire.
  • Solide expérience dans la gestion de programmes multi-annuels et l'industrialisation des processus.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
  • Forte aisance dans la relation client, la construction d'offres et le pilotage stratégique.
  • Connaissance approfondie des métiers du digital, du testing et de la qualité logicielle.
  • Capacité à adapter les modèles, à innover et à éviter les approches standard "copier-coller" des grands groupes.
