Orchid Island Agency is a fast-growing real estate and investment consultancy based in Morocco, specializing in luxury properties, client advisory, and innovative marketing strategies. We work with international clients and investors, providing tailored solutions that combine real estate expertise and business development strategies.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development & Sales Intern to join our commercial team. This internship is perfect for students or recent graduates passionate about sales, negotiation, and client relationship management. You will support our commercial activities, from prospecting to deal closing, and gain hands-on experience in real estate business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in prospecting and identifying new clients in the real estate and investment sector.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Participate in client meetings and negotiations, both online and on-site.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align commercial strategy with digital campaigns.
  • Help maintain and update the CRM system with leads and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required, French or Arabic a plus).
  • Interest in sales, business development, and real estate investment.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, sales techniques, or negotiation strategies is a plus.
  • Motivation, ambition, and a results-oriented mindset.
