  • Faire décoller l'usage d'Apodis dans la pharmacie
  • Conseiller stratégiquement sur les modules à activer
  • Prouver la valeur générée (temps gagné, chiffre d'affaires, actes réalisés)

Fidéliser et convertir les pharmacies vers l'abonnement premium

MISSIONS :

Suivi personnalisé des pharmacies

  • Réaliser les rendez-vous clés (J+3 , J+30, J+60, suivi semestriel)
  • Analyser les statistiques d'usage et repositionner si nécessaire
  • Identifier les modules sous-utilisés et proposer des plans d'activation
  • Adapter le discours selon la stratégie de l'officine (prévention, fidélisation, missions cliniques)
  • Identifier les key contact dans l'officine et s'assurer d'une bonne cohésion et adoption d'Apodis

Conversion vers le modèle premium

  • Valoriser la rentabilité réelle de l'outil (ROI + impact santé)
  • Accompagner le pharmacien dans la prise de décision avec pédagogie
  • Lever les objections avec des réponses concrètes et métier
  • Déclencher la conversion avec ou sans levier commercial

Fidélisation et montée en compétence

  • Suivre les pharmacies premium de manière semestrielle
  • Présenter les nouveautés : modules complémentaires, interface améliorée
  • Favoriser l'adoption patient (application mobile)

Identifier des ambassadeurs clients (témoignages, retours terrain)
