Are you exceptionally fluent in English (spoken, written, and auditory)? We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team in Marrakech as B2C Sales Executives for a reputable British law firm specialising in Housing Disrepair.

Unlike many firms, we do not cold call clients. Every client we speak to has requested our help, making this a more professional and rewarding role. We are committed to providing a supportive workplace, long-term career opportunities, and attractive bonuses for high performers.

This is a client-facing, phone-based sales role, offering a rewarding career for fluent English speakers who want to build a future with a UK law firm.

Requirements

Fluent in English (spoken and written – essential)

  • Must reside in Marrakech
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to empathise with individuals in difficult housing situations
  • Confident communicators, comfortable speaking with UK clients over the phone
  • Goal-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments

Working Hours

Evenings and Weekends Only

Monday to Thursday: 17:30 – 21:00

Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 – 19:00

What You'll Be Doing – Housing Disrepair

You will support tenants in the UK living in unsafe or neglected housing. Tasks include:

  • Speaking with potential clients about issues like mould, leaks, or broken heating
  • Assessing eligibility for legal support
  • Reviewing case evidence (e.g., photographs, communications)
  • Submitting new claims based on verified information
  • Presenting how our legal team can help them seek repairs and compensation
