Director of Operations – Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort | Opening 2026
Join the pre-opening team of Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort, a world-class destination on Morocco's Atlantic coast. We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead all hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Events and Recreation Teams
- Drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Lead and inspire department heads, ensuring alignment with Marriott standards.
- Implement strategies for profitability, compliance, and service innovation.
- Serve on the Executive Committee and report directly to the General Manager.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
- 4+ years in hotel operations leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multi-department teams and deliver results.
- Fluency in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
- Pre-opening experience and or resort experience are strong advantage.
