What You'll Do
- Lead clients through our proven 6-step implementation process—from Discovery to Reviews & Referrals
- Ensure flawless execution and maintain our 95% project completion success rate
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, actionable client benefits
- Coordinate with virtual teams and developers across time zones
- Respond quickly and professionally to clients and internal teams (US hours: 9 AM–5 PM)
- Drive client satisfaction, Google reviews, and referrals
You're a Great Fit If You…
- Are coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
- Have successful project management experience, ideally in SaaS or AI
- Understand tech and can speak both "developer" and "client" fluently
- Thrive in fast-moving environments and love solving problems
- Communicate clearly and confidently in fluent English
- Are available during US business hours and highly responsive
- Value both precision and empathy in client relationships
- Are excited to grow with a visionary team building the future of business communication
Skills & Experience
- Proven success managing technical implementations
- Strong understanding of AI or SaaS development processes
- Experience with remote teams and virtual assistants
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus
- Ability to simplify complex systems into client-friendly language
- Knowledge of compliance in communications technology
