What You'll Do

  • Lead clients through our proven 6-step implementation process—from Discovery to Reviews & Referrals
  • Ensure flawless execution and maintain our 95% project completion success rate
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, actionable client benefits
  • Coordinate with virtual teams and developers across time zones
  • Respond quickly and professionally to clients and internal teams (US hours: 9 AM–5 PM)
  • Drive client satisfaction, Google reviews, and referrals

You're a Great Fit If You…

  • Have successful project management experience, ideally in SaaS or AI
  • Understand tech and can speak both "developer" and "client" fluently

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success managing technical implementations
  • Strong understanding of AI or SaaS development processes
  • Experience with remote teams and virtual assistants
  • Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus
  • Ability to simplify complex systems into client-friendly language
  • Knowledge of compliance in communications technology
