Performance Creative Strategist & Media Buyer
, you'll combine
data, consumer psychology, creativity, and media buying execution
to drive customer acquisition at scale.
You'll be scripting, analyzing, launching, and optimizing
video and static creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
—ensuring every campaign is designed for
conversion and growth
.
This role is both
strategic and hands-on
: you'll not only craft high-converting ads but also manage the
ad buying layer
, optimizing budgets, testing audiences, and scaling winners. Your work will directly fuel NUARAI's revenue as we expand from the Middle East into new international markets.
What You'll Do
- Creative Strategy & Production
- Develop
data-driven ad creatives
that blend storytelling with performance. - Write
4–8 direct response video scripts per week
and concept high-impact static ads. - Conduct
audience, product, and competitor research
to find creative opportunities. - Collaborate with editors, designers, and producers to bring ads to life.
- Media Buying & Optimization
- Manage and optimize
paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Applovin
. - Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements to maximize results.
- Monitor
CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
, iterating for better performance. - Scale budgets strategically on winning campaigns.
- Insights & Reporting
- Present creative and media buying results in clear reports using Google Sheets, Motion, and pitch decks.
- Stay ahead of
market trends
and adapt quickly to new best practices.

What We're Looking For
- Languages:
Fluency in
English, French, and Arabic (mandatory)
. - 2–3 years
of experience in performance creative strategy and/or paid social media buying at a DTC brand or agency. - Strong knowledge of
Meta & TikTok ad creative best practices
and their performance impact. - Hands-on experience with
ad platforms
(Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube/Google Ads). - Ability to
brief, manage, and provide feedback
to editors, designers, and creators. - Analytical mindset: skilled at interpreting performance data and turning it into
scaling strategies
. - Proficiency with
Notion, Slack, Clickup, Motion
and digital production tools. - Strong sense of
visual and narrative storytelling
for direct response ads. - Ability to balance
big-picture strategy
with
day-to-day execution
.

- Based in
Tangier, Morocco
