U.S. Admissions Manager

Main Responsibilities

Admissions Research & Strategy

• Stay up to date with U.S. admissions policies, financial aid opportunities, and scholarship programs.
• Track new trends and identify universities offering strong financial aid for international students.

Application Support

• Assist students with the U.S. application process, including filling out forms, organizing documents, and preparing financial aid applications.
• Help ensure all deadlines are tracked and met.

Student Guidance & Mentoring

• Support students in understanding their options and making informed university choices.
• Answer questions, provide reassurance, and help them stay motivated throughout the process.
• Collaborate with mentors and counselors to ensure students have everything they need for success.

University Relations & Partnerships

• Build and maintain relationships with U.S. universities and admissions officers.
• Coordinate communication with universities to learn about opportunities for Moroccan students.
• Represent Stairway at study fairs and events in Casablanca and other cities, networking with U.S. university representatives.
• Maintain and update Stairway's internal database of U.S. universities, scholarships, and admissions criteria.

Future Growth

• Over time, you will progressively take full ownership of the U.S. admissions pipeline, with the opportunity to lead this area end-to-end.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
• A degree taught fully in English is highly preferred.
• A degree from a U.S. university is a strong plus.
• Experience with U.S. university admissions (applications, financial aid, scholarships) is a strong plus.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• A genuine interest in U.S. higher education and supporting students.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive mindset, able to take initiative and bring ideas forward.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 40h/week
• Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday – Saturday – Sunday: 12:30pm – 9:30pm
• Days off: Thursday & Friday
• Possibility of 1 remote work day per week
