Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rabat for a Front Desk Agent. The Front Desk Agent will manage daily front desk activities, including welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, answering calls, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves addressing guest inquiries or concerns efficiently and professionally to ensure an exceptional hospitality experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Receptionist Duties and Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to provide a welcoming and professional experience
- Effective Communication skills and excellent Phone Etiquette
- Ability to work on-site as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English, French, and Arabic, is highly advantageous
- Experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred
- Basic computer and reservation system skills
