Great Wall Education is an international education consultancy based in Casablanca. We support Moroccan students who want to study abroad, mainly in China, guiding them from first contact to final enrollment.

We operate in a results-driven environment focused on conversion and performance.

Job Description – Sales Agent (On-site | Casablanca)

We are looking for a Sales Agent to work directly with me in the office. The main role is to convert interested leads into enrollments.

This is not cold calling — all leads have already shown interest.

Salary


• Fixed salary: 4,000 MAD


• Performance-based commissions per enrollment

Responsibilities


• Call and follow up with qualified, interested leads


• Conduct sales calls in Darija / Arabic with students and parents


• Clearly explain education programs and answer questions


• Handle objections and close enrollments


• Track leads and follow-ups


• Meet weekly and monthly targets

Requirements


• Comfortable and confident on phone calls


• Strong communication skills in Darija / Arabic


• Sales mindset: persuasive, disciplined, results-oriented


• Able to work on-site in Casablanca


• Previous sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)


• English is NOT required for sales calls

Important


• This is a sales role, not customer support


• Warm leads only (no cold calling)


• We are looking for someone who knows how to sell, not just explain
