About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Representative who can confidently sell premium marketing services to business owners and decision-makers in English-speaking markets.
You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing deals, while managing the entire sales cycle inside our CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new B2B leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Conduct high-quality discovery calls with business owners and decision-makers
- Present Mercodize's service packages and close deals consistently
- Manage the full sales cycle using our CRM (deal tracking, follow-ups, pipeline updates)
- Trigger automated contracts and guide clients through the signing process
- Hit weekly and monthly revenue targets using our proven closing system
- Maintain accurate records and performance metrics inside the CRM
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with proven closing results
- Strong understanding of outbound sales and full-cycle deal execution
- Advanced CRM experience (deal stages, automation, follow-ups, reporting)
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Experience handling contracts, proposals, and client onboarding
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with performance targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured sales environment
