We are a dynamic travel agency based in Morocco, offering unique experiences both within Morocco and abroad. From cultural tours and desert adventures to international holiday packages, we are dedicated to providing our clients with seamless, memorable journeys. We are now looking for a Travel Consultant to join our growing team.

Your Mission

As a Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in serving both international travelers coming to Morocco and Moroccan clients traveling abroad. You will design, sell, and manage complete travel packages, ensuring a professional and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Inbound (to Morocco):

  • Create tailor-made itineraries (Imperial Cities, desert tours, Atlas Mountains, Essaouira, Agadir, etc.).
  • Book hotels, riads, desert camps, guides, and transport services.
  • Coordinate with local partners (transport, guides, activity providers).
  • Support international clients before and during their stay.

Outbound (from Morocco):

  • Sell and organize packages for top destinations (Turkey, Spain, France, Dubai, etc.).
  • Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, and excursions abroad.
  • Assist clients with visas, insurance, and pre-travel preparation.
  • Develop relationships with international DMCs, airlines, and hotels.

Requirements

  • Experience (2–5 years) in tourism (inbound, outbound, or both).
  • Strong knowledge of Moroccan destinations and international travel trends.
  • Familiarity with booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or similar).
  • Fluent in French And English
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible during peak travel seasons.
