About Us
We are a Morocco-based travel agency specializing in delivering exceptional travel experiences, from cultural tours across Morocco to international journeys. We are now expanding our services to offer Umrah travel packages to Saudi Arabia. To support this growth, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Umrah Travel Consultant to join our team.
Role & Responsibilities
As an Umrah Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and promoting Umrah packages, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our clients:
- Design, price, and promote Umrah travel packages (economy, standard, luxury).
- Handle all Umrah visa applications and coordinate with Saudi partners.
- Organize flights, hotels, and ground transportation in Saudi Arabia.
- Assist clients with pre-departure guidance (rituals, logistics, what to expect).
- Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after the journey.
- Work closely with group leaders (Imams/Sheikhs) to ensure religious and cultural guidance for pilgrims.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners.
- Support marketing and sales efforts on social media, travel fairs, and community events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Umrah/Hajj travel services or religious tourism (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Umrah visa processes and Saudi travel regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with sensitivity to religious and cultural needs.
- Fluent in Arabic and French (English is a plus).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak Umrah seasons.
