SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the company's talent acquisition and HR operations, with a primary focus on recruitment. The role also contributes to onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about attracting and retaining top talent.Opportunity based in Casablanca, Morocco - Reporting to HR HOD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking. Support new hire onboarding and integration processes.
- Maintain and update HRIS/SIRH systems (Workday experience preferred) and recruitment reports.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
What we look for :
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, primarily in recruitment and onboarding.
- SIRH/HRIS system experience required, ideally Workday.
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English and French
