We're on the lookout for a creative, structured, and business-minded
Retail Experience & Display Leader
to help our client a key player in the fashion retail industry elevate their in-store experience across multiple locations.

This is not just about visuals its about creating moments that draw people in, tell a story, and boost performance on the floor.

Your Core Missions

  • Act as a visual brand ambassador, ensuring the look & feel of stores reflect the latest trends and standards.
  • Regularly visit stores across your assigned region to guide, support, and challenge teams in how they present collections and optimize customer journeys.
  • Work closely with store teams to implement visual strategies that increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new visual display profiles in line with evolving retail needs.
  • Deliver impactful training sessions for in-store merchandisers, aligning them with both brand DNA and business goals.
  • Participate in product launches, store layout reviews, and re-merchandising activities (floor sets, seasonal updates, etc.).
  • Identify local opportunities and share insights to constantly improve the retail experience.

Profile We're After

  • A background in retail, visual display, or marketing ideally with studies in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Arts, or similar.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising or store operations within a fast-paced fashion/lifestyle retail environment.
  • Strong sense of organization with the ability to manage multiple stores, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and support in-store teams.
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and awareness of global fashion trends and customer behaviors.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (French or another local language is a plus).
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, dynamic environment.
  • Valid driving license and flexibility to travel frequently (up to 80% of the time).
