Une multinationale recrute un Operation manager pour assurer la gestion administrative, des ressources humaines et des aspects réglementaires de ses activités.
Missions principales :
Assurer la gestion des ressources humaines : administration du personnel, suivi des contrats, coordination avec les prestataires RH et accompagnement des équipes.
Gérer l'administration générale : procédures internes, gestion documentaire, organisation administrative et suivi des dossiers internes.
Veiller à la conformité réglementaire des activités de l'entreprise.
Gérer l'ensemble des autorisations et démarches réglementaires auprès des administrations concernés.
Être l'interlocuteur principal des organismes publics et autorités compétentes.
Mettre en place et maintenir des procédures internes garantissant le respect des obligations légales et administratives.
Assurer la communication et le reporting avec le management international.
Profil recherché :
Formation supérieure en gestion, ressources humaines, administration ou équivalent.
Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire.
Excellente maîtrise des procédures administratives et réglementaires marocaines.
Parfaitement anglophone (écrit et oral).
Sens élevé de l'organisation, rigueur, autonomie et confidentialité.
Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles et relationnelles.
