Medatlantic Agency, operating in Belgium, the Netherlands and France with its operational hub in Tangier, is looking for a
strong, autonomous, and commercially driven Manager
to lead and oversee our Tangier office.

We are searching for a leader with discipline, responsibility, and the ability to motivate a team while achieving measurable results.

Your Responsibilities

As the Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational management of Medatlantic Agency in Tangier, including:

• Leading and supervising the operational team (sales, agents, admin, quality).
• Being physically present daily and overseeing all office operations.
• Managing client communication and providing clear reporting.
• Improving performance, processes, and overall efficiency.
• Recruiting, coaching, and evaluating team members.
• Optimizing existing projects and identifying new commercial opportunities.
• Taking decisions independently and handling escalations.

What We Offer
Base salary: 8,000 MAD per month

• Attractive performance-based bonuses
  linked to commercial results and operational KPIs.

Total monthly income can reach up to 25,000 MAD
for top performers.
