What You Will Do:

• Communicate with leads via calls, chats, and emails
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Actively seek out and engage new potential clients
• Promote and sell hospitality-related services to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Securely work with customers' sensitive information
• Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
• Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Fluent English and French (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must)
• At least 1 year of experience in sales
• Sales oriented personality
• Analytical and research skills
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

Will be a great plus:
