Job Title: SOC Operator – Staff Hotel Security Operations

Job Overview

We are seeking a SOC Operator to monitor and support security operations within a luxury staff hotel facility. This role is strictly non-guest-facing, focusing on staff accommodation security management. Candidates will not work in hotel or resort security departments.Important Role Clarification (Please Read Carefully)

  • This role is NOT within a hotel or resort
  • This position is NOT guest-facing
  • Candidates will NOT work inside hotel or resort SOC or security operations
  • Employment is strictly for staff hotel security operations
  • The role supports staff accommodation facilities only

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security devices for staff accommodation areas
  • Respond promptly to incidents and escalate as required
  • Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and daily activity records
  • Coordinate with security personnel for patrols, access control, and emergency response
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
  • Support daily operational tasks of the SOC team
  • Assist in investigations and preventive measures for security incidents

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a SOC Operator or in security monitoring
  • Knowledge of surveillance systems, alarm monitoring, and access control procedures
  • Ability to work in a staff hotel / non-guest-facing environment
  • Strong attention to detail, observation skills, and reporting ability
  • Flexible with shift work, including nights and weekends
  • Professional, proactive, and team-oriented
