Job Overview

We are seeking a SOC (Security Operations Center) Assistant Manager to oversee and support security operations within a luxury staff hotel facility. This role focuses entirely on staff hotel security management and is not guest-facing. Candidates will not work in hotel or resort security departments.

  • This position is NOT guest-facing
  • Candidates will NOT work inside hotel or resort security operations
  • Employment is strictly for staff hotel security operations
  • The role supports staff accommodation facilities only

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day security operations within the staff hotel property
  • Supervise SOC staff and ensure adherence to security protocols
  • Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and incident reports
  • Coordinate with security personnel for patrols, access control, and emergency response
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company security policies
  • Maintain accurate security logs, reports, and records
  • Support incident investigations and escalate issues as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in SOC operations or security management
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills
  • Knowledge of surveillance systems, alarms, and access control procedures
  • Ability to work in a staff hotel / non-guest-facing environment
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Flexible with shift work and emergency response duties
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
