Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Security Concierge to oversee and support security operations within a luxury staff hotel facility. This is a non-guest-facing role, responsible for managing security services and ensuring the safety of staff accommodation facilities only. Candidates will not work in hotel or resort security operations.

  • This role is NOT within a hotel or resort
  • This position is NOT guest-facing
  • Candidates will NOT work inside hotel or resort security departments
  • Employment is strictly for staff hotel security operations
  • The role supports staff accommodation facilities only

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead security personnel within the staff hotel property
  • Ensure access control, surveillance monitoring, and patrols are conducted efficiently
  • Respond to security incidents and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate security logs, reports, and incident documentation
  • Monitor safety and security compliance within staff accommodation areas
  • Support emergency procedures and coordinate with internal teams
  • Train and guide security staff on protocols and standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in security operations or supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Knowledge of surveillance, access control, and security protocols
  • Ability to work in a staff hotel / non-guest-facing environment
  • Flexible with shifts, emergencies, and on-call duties
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
