Job Title: Guest Relations Agent (Arabic Speaking)
Job Type:Full-time
About the Role:
We are seeking Arabic-speaking Guest Relations Agents to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service while representing the hotel at the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and other departments
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel procedures
- Promote hotel services and facilities
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Good communication skills in English (preferred)
- Previous experience in guest relations or front office is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: BD 180
- Fixed Service Charge: BD 20
- Uniform provided and laundered by the hotel
- Shared accommodation (4 staff per apartment, 2 staff per room)
- Staff transportation between accommodation and hotel
- Flight ticket provided every two years
- Medical insurance provided
- Duty meals provided
- Annual salary increments based on performance review
