Job Description
- Provide regular status reporting to Country Plant Manager about operations project portfolio in respective country
- Perform cross-functional feasibility study (content and capacities) in RFQ phase in COO area
- Perform Project Management in COO area according to LEONI governance and standards.
- Plan and coordinate work packages of core team members in COO area to fulfill time, cost and quality requirements in line with governance and guidelines in COO area
- Control and validate cross functional outputs of work packages
- Follow, ensure and perform standardized Milestone and Gate Reviews of COO responsibility
- Manage internal and external operations interfaces
- Conduct handover to plant according to governance and product life cycle
- Escalate in case of deviations from LEONI project management standards and project requirements (time, cost, quality)
- Identify projects with potential need for launch team support
- Release of preconditions for offering within RFQ clarification related to COO
Qualifications
Level of Education: Master degree / engineer
Branch Of Study: Business management /project management/Industrial or equivalent
Experience : at least 5 years' experience in the automotive industry
Language : English is mandatory
Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
