Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director at SkySea Inter, located in Marrakesh. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the training center, developing and implementing strategic plans, ensuring high-quality training programs, managing staff, and maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders. Additionally, the Director will be expected to monitor industry trends, assess training needs, and ensure compliance with aviation standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation
  • Understanding of aviation industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to oversee and manage training programs
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
