Sales Manager
who can
lead calls, build client relationships, and close high-value deals
with confidence and strategy.

Your Mission

You'll be at the heart of Webtrix's growth — driving revenue, managing communications, and ensuring every lead turns into a happy client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    inbound & outbound sales calls
    .
  • Present Webtrix services
    (AI, web, design, branding, SaaS, marketing).
  • Qualify prospects
    and tailor proposals to their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts
    and
    close deals
    effectively.
  • Maintain and update the
    CRM system
    (HubSpot, Notion, or Servtrix CRM).
  • Collaborate with
    marketing and creative teams
    on client strategies.
  • Report
    weekly performance metrics
    and deal updates.

Requirements

  • Proven
    sales experience
    in
    digital, tech, or agency environments
    .
  • Excellent
    communication & negotiation
    skills (Arabic, French, English).
  • Confident handling
    calls, video meetings, and WhatsApp sales chats
    .
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
  • Familiarity with
    CRM tools
    and sales funnels is a plus.
