Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Guest Service Agent at The View Rabat, located in Rabat. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, managing reservations, providing high-quality customer service, and resolving guest issues promptly and professionally. They will facilitate efficient check-ins and check-outs, ensure guest satisfaction throughout the stay, and coordinate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless service.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills, including the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic administrative tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in multiple languages (English, Arabic, and French preferred)
- Problem-solving, multitasking, and effective time management skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest satisfaction
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role is a strong advantage
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
