Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rabat for a Front Office Guest Service Agent. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, handling reservations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times. The Guest Service Agent will resolve guest concerns promptly, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in customer service and communication skills with a focus on building positive guest relationships
  • Experience in reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and handling guest inquiries
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure service excellence
  • Multilingual skills, including fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of hotel systems and software applications
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or front office role is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in hospitality or customer service is desirable
