Mission principale

Le Project Manager accompagne la gestion et la réussite des projets de Digiparc. Il/elle contribue à la coordination des équipes, au suivi opérationnel et à la formalisation des besoins métiers sous forme de
spécifications fonctionnelles
, garantissant des livrables conformes aux attentes des clients et aux standards de qualité.

Responsabilités

1. Cadrage & analyse

  • Recueillir les besoins clients et internes (ateliers, entretiens, observations).
  • Analyser les processus existants et identifier les écarts par rapport aux solutions proposées.
  • Contribuer à la rédaction des
    cahiers des charges
    et à la définition des objectifs du projet.

2. Spécifications fonctionnelles

  • Rédiger et mettre à jour les
    spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées (SFD)
    :
  • Description des fonctionnalités attendues.
  • Règles de gestion et workflows associés.
  • Cas d'utilisation (user stories, scénarios métiers).
  • Interfaces (maquettes, wireframes, intégration avec d'autres modules/ERP).
  • Contraintes et dépendances.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques pour la traduction des besoins fonctionnels en solutions techniques.
  • Veiller à la clarté, la complétude et la validité des spécifications auprès des utilisateurs et des développeurs.

3. Gestion & suivi du projet

  • Participer à la planification (planning, ressources, jalons).
  • Suivre l'avancement des développements en lien avec les spécifications.
  • Identifier les risques et remonter les points de blocage.
  • Participer aux réunions de suivi projet et rédiger les comptes rendus.

4. Tests & validation

  • Élaborer les scénarios de tests fonctionnels en lien avec les spécifications.
  • Participer aux phases de recette utilisateur (UAT).
  • Assurer le suivi des anomalies et proposer des correctifs ou ajustements.

5. Documentation & capitalisation

  • Maintenir la documentation projet à jour (spécifications, manuels utilisateurs, guides de formation).
  • Capitaliser sur les retours d'expérience pour enrichir les bonnes pratiques internes.

Profil recherché

  • Formation
    : Bac+3 à Bac+5 en systèmes d'information, gestion de projet, informatique ou équivalent.
  • Expérience
    : Stage long, alternance ou première expérience en gestion de projet ou en rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles.
  • Compétences techniques
    :
  • Connaissance des méthodes de gestion de projet (Agile, Scrum, cycle en V).
  • Maîtrise des outils de rédaction et de modélisation (Confluence, Notion, , UML, BPMN).
  • Capacité à formaliser des besoins métiers en
    documents structurés et exploitables par les équipes techniques
    .
  • Bonne compréhension des environnements SaaS, ERP ou logiciels de gestion.
  • Compétences personnelles
    :
  • Rigueur, esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles.
  • Communication claire et capacité d'écoute.
  • Esprit collaboratif, curiosité et volonté d'apprendre.
  • Langues
    : Français courant, anglais professionnel souhaité.
