JOB OFFER – Communication & Business Development Manager

Casablanca

Bilingual Profile (French / English)

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Communication & Business Development Manager capable of thriving in an environment that combines creativity, interpersonal skills, and initiative.

You will contribute to enhancing the company's visibility and driving the commercial expansion of our activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Main Responsibilities

Participate in the digital communication strategy and manage the company's online presence on social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

Collaborate with our marketing agency to implement communication and promotional campaigns.

Contribute to the creation of visual and editorial content (posts, brochures, newsletters, client presentations).

Actively lead business prospecting and development with national and international clients, in line with the company's growth strategy.

Represent the company at professional meetings and industry events.

Desired Profile

Education: Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Communication, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.

Languages: Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.

Experience: Successful first experience in a role combining communication and business development is preferred.

Skills: Strong command of digital tools, excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and a strong team spirit.
