Business Development Manager
ambitieux pour développer notre portefeuille client B2B.

Missions

  • Développer de nouveaux clients (B2B)
  • Prospecter et générer des leads qualifiés
  • Promouvoir nos offres RH, Recrutement et Conseil
  • Mener des présentations commerciales et négociations
  • Construire et gérer un pipeline commercial
  • Assurer le closing et la fidélisation client
  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de croissance

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en Business Development B2B
  • Une expérience dans le conseil, recrutement ou services RH est un plus
  • Fibre commerciale + mentalité "chasseur"
  • Excellent relationnel avec décideurs (DG, DRH, Managers)
  • Autonomie, organisation et sens du résultat
  • Maîtrise du français anglais est un avantage
  • Aisance avec LinkedIn et outils de prospection

  • 100% commission-based
