Business Development Manager
ambitieux pour développer notre portefeuille client B2B.
Missions
- Développer de nouveaux clients (B2B)
 - Prospecter et générer des leads qualifiés
 - Promouvoir nos offres RH, Recrutement et Conseil
 - Mener des présentations commerciales et négociations
 - Construire et gérer un pipeline commercial
 - Assurer le closing et la fidélisation client
 - Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de croissance
 
Profil recherché
- Expérience confirmée en Business Development B2B
 - Une expérience dans le conseil, recrutement ou services RH est un plus
 - Fibre commerciale + mentalité "chasseur"
 - Excellent relationnel avec décideurs (DG, DRH, Managers)
 - Autonomie, organisation et sens du résultat
 - Maîtrise du français anglais est un avantage
 - Aisance avec LinkedIn et outils de prospection
 
Rémunération
- 100% commission-based
