Role: Site Manager

Location: On-Site, Casablanca- Marocco

Required skills:

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification6-8 years in IT project business, with at least 3 years in leadership rolesHands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Rovo AI) ideallyKnowledge in ITSM and Cloud Migrations is a strong plusProven track record in building and developing teams, including recruitment and people managementExperience in setting up new business units or locations is highly desirableDarija (Moroccan Arabic): Native fluencyFrench: Business fluentEnglish: Business fluentGerman: Nice to have, not mandatoryEntrepreneurial mindset, strong decision-making, and structured working styleHigh sense of ownership, proactivity, and solution-oriented thinkingStrong intercultural competence, bridging European management and Moroccan work cultureExcellent communication skills, leadership mindset, and hands-on mentality during setup phase
