  • Have the opportunity to be involved in defining and implementing the trade marketing strategy with the aim of building the most satisfying product experience, in line with the channel priorities and the competitive market landscapes.

What you'll do:

  • Study the competition (benchmark) and the retail landscape to gather market insights
  • Be a Trade union between Marketing and Sales teams to support product launches, seasonal campaigns and translate commercial priorities into in-store activations.
  • Plan, create and produce POP materials + merchandising guidelines to implement the communication strategy across the retail network
  • Support the commercial strategy of the company and monitor the Trade operations results
  • Collaborate and coordinate with agencies to deliver valuable content (guidelines, goodies, POP material, etc) and monitor the results
  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product) to ensure a seamless omnichannel execution.
  • Support the Online team into designing the best Omnichannel Journey and provide a satisfying and frictionless experience

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in Trade marketing and promotional activities
  • Previous experience of 2-3 years in a similar role
  • You have a Master's or Master's Degree in Economics or Marketing
  • Excellent understanding of Retail dynamics preferably in the sport entertainment sector.
  • You are a team player, able to work under tight deadlines during critical sporting periods
  • Excellent Project Management & Communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills & knowledge of the Office Package
  • Fluency in French and English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
