What you'll do
- Lead field sales to drive revenue and profitability across assigned regions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and prospects; map needs & buying cycles.
- Own RFQ strategies and prepare competitive bids.
- Manage key accounts; track competitors and market trends.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Deliver presentations/demos; attend local events and trade shows.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline and progress reports.
- Partner with internal teams (technical, projects, operations, finance, supply).
- Adhere to QHSE requirements.
What you bring
- Engineering degree, 6–8 years of B2B field sales experience.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (French/English).
- Commercial mindset, analytical, organized, self-driven.
- Proficient in MS Office ; familiar with CRM/ERP.
- Comfortable with multiple deadlines and frequent travel.
