Sales Manager

Full-time

Report to : Country Sales Manager

What you'll do

  • Lead field sales to drive revenue and profitability across assigned regions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and prospects; map needs & buying cycles.
  • Own RFQ strategies and prepare competitive bids.
  • Manage key accounts; track competitors and market trends.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Deliver presentations/demos; attend local events and trade shows.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline and progress reports.
  • Partner with internal teams (technical, projects, operations, finance, supply).
  • Adhere to QHSE requirements.

What you bring

  • Engineering degree, 6–8 years of B2B field sales experience.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (French/English).
  • Commercial mindset, analytical, organized, self-driven.
  • Proficient in MS Office ; familiar with CRM/ERP.
  • Comfortable with multiple deadlines and frequent travel.
