Job Summary:
B2B Business Development – HVAC Sales Engineer who can specify commercial air condition
The role primarily involves technical discussion with contractors, consultant, developers/owners within the HVAC sector.
Differentiated proposal comparing with other Air conditioner brand, good relationship with customers and quick respond to the customer's request
Key Responsibilities:
Identify customer needs and business opportunities to achieve annual sales targets
Provide technical support and quick respond to customer's requirements.
Prepare and present comprehensive technical-commercial proposals.
Manage project pipeline with customer from access to award, from production to delivery.
Strategic selection of equipment/Solution HVAC (VRF, Split system, AHU, Chiller, Ventilation)
Develop new MEP contractors, construction company and distributors
Technical Support, Proposal with contractor and consultant with our pre-sales engineers
Market analysis and strategy
Managing business relationships & establish strong sales network
Develop new collaboration channels by identifying and approaching new MEP contractors, construction company and distributors
Proactively monitor projects and influence key stakeholders—such as consultants, contractors, and developers—to drive Award (Sales).
Experience: Minimum 5 Years and above
Language: English, French, Arabic
Skill Requirement:
1.HAVC / MEP Design (VRF, AHU, Chiller, ventilation)
2.Hydraulic knowledge
3.Knowledge of Load Calculation
4.Auto Cad / Auto Fluid, Revit, BIM, HAP, Trace, Block load of experience
5.MS Office(Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
6.Strong customer orientation, autonomy and good communication skills;
7.Relationship
8.Team Play
9.Willing to travel for business.
