En tant qu'Operations Specialist, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion et le suivi des opérations maritimes en assurant le bon déroulement des opérations portuaires en garantissant l'organisation des activités en coordination avec les services concernésWhat will your functions be?
- Collecter et préparer le plan de chargement des navires.
- Garantir la satisfaction de toutes les exigences logistiques et relever les divers défis portuaires en appliquant des protocoles efficaces et adaptés.
- Faciliter la collaboration et la communication entre les autorités portuaires, les clients et les autres parties prenantes pour assurer une opération fluide.
- Représenter l'entreprise auprès des instances portuaires (terminaux, de la capitainerie, des douanes, de la police des frontières, de l'autorité sanitaire et des prestataires de services…) en maintenant des relations professionnelles et en garantissant la conformité aux réglementations.
- Insérer toutes les informations opérationnelles au niveau des systèmes d'informations conformément aux process internes.
- Expérience dans le transport maritime/Gestion portuaire.
- Connaissance de la réglementation douanière / management portuaire.
- Connaissance de la réglementation du transport international (Incoterms, ...).
- Utilisation des outils informatiques.
- Bon niveau en français et en anglais.
