En tant que Manager M&A, vous serez chargé(e) de superviser et d'accompagner les opérations de fusion, d'acquisition et de cession de notre client. Vous jouerez un rôle central dans la gestion des transactions et l'accompagnement stratégique des clients.

Principales Missions :

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies adaptées pour chaque transaction M&A, en identifiant des opportunités et des solutions qui répondent aux objectifs des clients.
  • Assurer la coordination et la gestion des différents intervenants, afin de garantir une exécution efficace et harmonieuse des projets M&A.
  • Participer activement aux négociations des termes de la transaction, et structurer les accords.
  • Identifier et créer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, en établissant et entretenant des relations durables avec les clients existants et potentiels.
  • Évaluer les risques potentiels associés à chaque transaction et proposer des solutions pour atténuer ces risques, en garantissant la sécurité et la rentabilité des projets.

  • Solides compétences en analyse financière et en évaluation d'entreprise.
  • Expertise en structuration de transactions.
  • Capacités de leadership et de gestion d'équipe.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en négociation et en communication.
  • Communication orale et écrite.
  • Rigueur et organisation.

Profil requis :

Formation

: Bac+5 en finance, économie ou équivalent.

Expérience :

5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans le secteur des fusions et acquisitions, idéalement au sein d'une banque d'affaires.
