What you'll do:

  • Launch, organize, and support webinars and virtual/local events, including logistics, setup, timing, coordination, and live support.
  • Contribute to website content: make updates, launch new pages, and optimize for SEO.
  • Manage event registration, audience engagement, post-event reporting, and creation of related social media assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote joint initiatives and craft messaging that resonates.
  • Develop marketing collateral and sales enablement materials: brochures, bios, PowerPoint presentations, case studies, and more.
  • Ensure all content is tailored, professional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Write email copy and create assets to launch targeted email marketing campaigns in Pardot, in collaboration with the operations specialist.
  • Support business development efforts with impactful RFP and proposal content.
  • Drive client success initiatives: gather testimonials, reviews, and case studies in partnership with the CX team.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform strategy and positioning.

What we're looking for:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in B2B marketing (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a strong visual eye.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for planning.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energy, creativity, and a proactive mindset to drive initiatives forward.
