Oriental Yuhong est un groupe international leader dans le domaine des matériaux de construction, reconnu pour son expertise en systèmes d'étanchéité, adjuvants pour béton, revêtements et solutions techniques pour le bâtiment et les infrastructures.

Dans le cadre de son implantation et de son développement stratégique au Maroc, Oriental Yuhong Maroc recrute un Directeur National des Adjuvants pour Béton afin de piloter la création et la croissance de cette activité à l'échelle nationale.


Missions principales

  1. Définition et mise en œuvre de la stratégie nationale

Élaborer la stratégie de développement des adjuvants pour béton au Maroc

Définir les objectifs commerciaux, le budget et les plans d'action annuels

Mettre en place la politique de prix, de distribution et de positionnement produit

  1. Développement du marché et des grands comptes

Prospecter et développer les relations avec les centrales à béton, entreprises de construction, promoteurs immobiliers et projets d'infrastructures

Identifier et sécuriser les clients stratégiques et projets clés

Conduire les négociations commerciales majeures et conclure les contrats structurants

  1. Management et structuration des équipes

Recruter, former et encadrer les équipes commerciales et techniques

Définir les objectifs, assurer le suivi de la performance et développer les compétences locales

Instaurer une culture orientée résultats et excellence opérationnelle

  1. Support technique et solutions (niveau managérial)

Travailler en coordination avec les équipes techniques pour proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins clients

Participer aux échanges techniques stratégiques avec les clients clés (expertise décisionnelle requise)

  1. Coordination avec le siège et conformité

Assurer une communication fluide avec le siège (produits, supply chain, finance, juridique)

Veiller au respect des procédures internes et de la réglementation locale


Profil recherché

  1. Formation

Bac+4/5 en génie civil, chimie, matériaux, ou domaine équivalent

  1. Expérience professionnelle

Minimum 8 ans d'expérience dans les adjuvants pour béton ou matériaux de construction

Au moins 3 ans à un poste de direction nationale, régionale ou équivalent

Une expérience au Maroc ou en Afrique du Nord est fortement appréciée

  1. Compétences techniques et sectorielles

Bonne connaissance des adjuvants pour béton (plastifiants, super plastifiants, retardateurs, accélérateurs, etc.)

Excellente compréhension de l'écosystème béton (centrales, entreprises, bureaux d'études)

Capacité démontrée à lancer et développer une activité de A à Z

Français courant (obligatoire)

Anglais professionnel
