Nous recrutons un conseiller clientèle pour répondre aux demandes de nos clients via téléphone, email et chat. Le candidat idéal saura gérer efficacement les interactions avec les clients, offrir des solutions adaptées, et contribuer à la satisfaction globale de notre clientèle.
Profil Recherché
Maîtrise parfaite du français (oral et écrit).
La connaissance d'une autre langue (anglais, espagnol, allemand, etc.) est un atout.
Excellentes compétences en communication et sens de l'écoute.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et gérer les priorités.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques (suite Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.).
Autonomie, rigueur, et sens du service.
