recrute un(e) Country Manager pour piloter et développer son réseau national.
Dans un contexte d'expansion et d'exigence accrue en matière d'excellence opérationnelle, nous recherchons un leader capable d'incarner la stratégie retail de la marque, de renforcer la performance des équipes terrain et d'ancrer une culture d'excellence durable.
Missions clés:
Déployer la stratégie retail et assurer sa mise en œuvre opérationnelle sur l'ensemble du réseau.
Être fortement présent(e) sur le terrain afin de renforcer l'engagement et la performance des équipes.
Piloter les indicateurs de performance et les plans d'action associés.
Garantir une expérience client irréprochable et le respect des standards retail.
Accompagner et développer les managers terrain dans une logique de montée en compétences continue.
Base : Casablanca – déplacements nationaux réguliers.
Anglais courant requis.
