Nous recherchons un(e) Account Manager dynamique et orienté(e) résultats pour rejoindre notre équipe et accompagner la croissance de notre portefeuille clients, vous serez un pilier de notre croissance en assurant la gestion et le développement d'un portefeuille de clients existants. Vos responsabilités principales incluront :

  • Fidélisation et Satisfaction Client : Être le point de contact privilégié de vos clients, comprendre leurs besoins et garantir leur satisfaction à long terme.
  • Développement Commercial : Identifier et concrétiser des opportunités d'upsell et de cross-sell au sein de votre portefeuille.
  • Stratégie Client : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de compte stratégiques pour atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires.
  • Coordination Interne : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, marketing et support pour assurer une prestation de service optimale.
  • Reporting : Assurer un suivi rigoureux de votre activité et de vos prévisions de ventes.

Votre Profil : L'Allié de nos Clients

  • Expérience : Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie de 2ans minimum sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de [Secteur pertinent].
  • Formation : Diplôme de niveau Bac +3/5 en Commerce, Marketing ou domaine équivalent.
  • Compétences Clés :
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles et sens de l'écoute.
  • Forte orientation résultat et capacité à négocier.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
  • Maîtrise des outils de CRM (ex : Salesforce, HubSpot).
