We are looking for a highly creative, emotionally intelligent, and polyvalent intern to join Madar's content team. Your mission is to help craft stories that move people, create content that performs, and support the production of videos for top brands in Morocco, the UAE, and internationally.

Core Responsibilities
A. Storytelling & Scriptwriting

  • Write scripts for short-form and long-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Develop emotional and psychology-driven storytelling concepts.
  • Research audience insights & behavioral triggers to craft powerful narratives.
  • Transform raw ideas into structured, impactful content.

B. Content Creation

  • Generate fresh content ideas for brands across multiple industries.
  • Assist in building content calendars, ideas lists, and creative frameworks.
  • Adapt content to Madar's storytelling identity and brand voice.

C. Production & Shooting

  • Participate in shooting days with Madar's clients.
  • Support with scene setup, lighting, sound, and camera preparation.
  • Coordinate with videographers and the creative team to ensure smooth production.

D. Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit videos for social media using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci.
  • Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and branding elements.
  • Ensure output quality matches Madar's premium standards.

  • Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Comfortable being on set and handling equipment
  • Basic understanding of filming techniques
  • Content planning & organization
  • Data analysis
