The Role:

We are looking for a motivated Bilingual English/ French VA to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in generating sales, building client relationships, and creating opportunities that contribute to both your career growth and the company's success. The more sales you close, the more opportunities you unlock for advancement and commission earnings.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Reach out to leads generated by the Sales Team to establish initial contact.
  • Lead Research: Gather accurate contact details (phone numbers, emails, etc.) of potential clients using tools such as Google, Hubspot, and LinkedIn.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients for service presentations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform basic admin tasks: data entry, documentation, file management
  • Social Media Management: Scheduling content calendar and basic content creation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Team to align strategies and meet targets.

Qualifications:

  • Speaks fluent English and French
  • Has at least 6 months of experience in the BPO industry or freelancing industry

Requirements:

  • Must be actively seeking full-time work (no other job commitments)
  • Willing to work in mountain Standard Time (8 AM - 5 PM MST)
