Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Casablanca for a Travel Designer. The Travel Designer will oversee creating, managing, and executing tailored travel arrangements for clients. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending and finalizing travel plans, managing reservations, coordinating itineraries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires proactive communication with local and international partners to guarantee seamless travel experiences for clients.
Qualifications
- Skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Expertise in Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
- Strong Customer Service abilities to meet and exceed client expectations
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Moroccan tourism and cultural highlights is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
