Pour le compte de notre client opérant dans le secteur de la distribution, nous recrutons une Assistante Ressources Humaines justifiant d'au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans la gestion RH et l'administration du personnel.

Responsabilités :


• Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel (contrats, dossiers salariés, absences, congés, attestations)


• Participer au processus de recrutement : présélection, organisation des entretiens, suivi des candidatures


• Contribuer à la préparation de la paie (collecte des variables, suivi des pointages)


• Assurer l'accueil, l'orientation et l'accompagnement des collaborateurs


• Participer à l'organisation des formations et au suivi des plans de développement


• Garantir la conformité aux procédures internes et aux obligations légales en matière RH


• Préparer les reportings RH et remonter les anomalies ou besoins à la hiérarchie


• Collaborer avec les différents départements pour fluidifier la communication interne

Profil recherché :


• Expérience : Minimum 4 ans dans une fonction similaire en RH


• Diplôme : Bac+3 en Gestion des Ressources Humaines, Administration..


• Langues : Excellente maîtrise du Français


• Type de contrat : CDI


• Localisation : Nouaceur


• Transport : Non assuré
