Job Description
At IO Solutions, we're looking for bilingual (English and French) sales closers who live for the thrill of closing deals and growing their commission. Responsibilities

  • Help small and medium businesses across Canada with their digital marketing solutions by making them more visible online
  • Contact potential clients through cold-calling
  • Acquire new business clients and develop existing clients' portfolios
  • Research potential business clients, study their profile and become familiar with their business activities and objectives
  • Present most appropriate solutions tailored to your potential client's needs (website, social media presence, search engine visibility, online directory visibility, etc.)
  • Provide attentive, courteous and efficient customer service
  • Provide a unique experience through the quality of your service delivery
  • Act as an expert of our products and services

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French is an asset
  • Must be comfortable with cold-calling business prospects
  • Must have a passion for sales and digital marketing
  • Must have a passion for modern technologies, social media & the web
  • Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
  • Ability to organize, break down and clearly articulate thoughts and ideas
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a self-directed & autonomous way
  • Customer focused, positive attitude, empathy and good listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, computer environment
  • Ability to multi-task
