Directeur(rice) Marketing
, afin de piloter la stratégie marketing globale de l'entreprise et garantir la performance des actions déployées, dans une logique omnicanale et orientée client.

Vos missions principales :

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre le plan marketing stratégique, en définissant les cibles, les axes de communication et le plan d'action global.
  • Construire et piloter une stratégie marketing omnicanale (offline, online, social media), en veillant à la cohérence des actions sur l'ensemble des canaux
  • Superviser le déploiement des campagnes ATL/BTL/Digital, ainsi que la gestion du plan média et du budget marketing
  • Identifier les opportunités de croissance via des analyses de marché, le suivi de la concurrence (benchmarking) et l'exploration de nouvelles offres ou territoires de marque.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (produit, commercial, siège) ainsi qu'avec les partenaires et agences pour assurer un pilotage fluide et performant des projets.
  • Gérer les relations avec les parties prenantes externes, y compris les institutions et les acteurs stratégiques de l'écosystème.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation supérieure de type Master en Marketing et Communication.
  • Expérience réussie de 8 à 10 ans minimum sur une fonction similaire.
  • Solide expertise en stratégie marketing, communication et gestion budgétaire.
  • Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel (écrit et oral).
  • Excellentes compétences en coordination d'équipes, gestion de projets et pilotage de performance.
  • Une sensibilité internationale et une bonne compréhension des enjeux locaux seront fortement appréciées.
